Vacation plus federal holidays
Exempt employees have the freedom and flexibility to take time away from work as needed rather than being dependent upon a vacation accrual balance each year. Non-exempt employees accrue up to 3 weeks of paid vacation during their first year of employment, with incremental increases based on years of service.
Family leave
Being a new parent is hard. We are committed to easing the transition by offering up to 14 weeks of paid leave for new parents and working collaboratively to smooth the transition back.
Flexible work schedule and location
We focus on work product and not work optics. We were largely virtual even before COVID-19 made Virtual Work commonplace, and believe employees do their best when they’re at their best.
